Daily life does not always allow us to look back on beauty, to contemplate what is around us, to provoke emotions. You have to take the time to open parentheses which constitute time-spaces dedicated to pleasure. This is what the Les Deux Tours hotel offers. Nestled in a magnificent three-hectare wooded park, the property is located just fifteen minutes from the beating heart of the Medina of Marrakech.

First thought of in the 1980s as the region's first high-end villa resort, the estate was transformed into a guest house at the time of the Gulf War, due to a lack of buyers. The design of each space is the very inspired work of its owner and architect, Charles Boccara. Upon his death, his son Mathieu, who also followed an architecture course in Paris, took up the torch and magnified this jewel with more contemporary notes, softer colors that he dressed with antique objects, particularly from the 70s. .

“Luxury lies in lost spaces” he emphasizes during a conversation. We understand these few words better when we take the time to experience the place. Here, in the restaurant, the high ceilings accentuate the beauty of the two fireplaces facing each other. There, near the swimming pool heated to 28° all year round, the plant pergola vertically covers the landscape and plays with the surrounding palm trees. The bar, cozy and intimate, with darker tones, invites you to share secrets.

The rooms and suites play the card of exclusivity. Each of them has its character, its history and its authenticity. Most have a magnificent terrace, a private garden, a swimming pool or a jacuzzi which allow you to relax out of sight in the absolute calm of this lush garden. We take pleasure in picking one or two tangerines directly from the tree and tasting them, caressed by the warmth of the falling sun even in autumn or winter.

The hotel obviously has a high-quality spa with an Arab-Andalusian character where the subdued light leads to disconnection. Under no circumstances should you miss the ancestral ritual of the Hammam, scrub with black soap and massage with argan oil which allows you to experience the rites and customs of this wonderful country.

And then, travel is above all about encounters. The hospitality of Moroccans no longer needs to be demonstrated as the service pays attention to details in order to provide a unique experience to each passing guest. Eros Abrile, the hotel's General Manager and his team have understood this well by reserving a very special place for it. There is no doubt that this little hidden paradise will very quickly become your regular place of passage in Morocco.
